A quick and tasty snack combining taco-seasoned beef and melted cheese wrapped in pizza dough.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 tube Pillsbury Pizza Dough
- 5 colby jack and cheddar cheese sticks, halved
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a pan, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning mix and cook as per packet instructions.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of beef and a cheese stick half on each dough piece.
- Roll the dough around the filling and press edges to seal.
- Place on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

- Use any cheese sticks for variation.
- Serve with sour cream or salsa.
