Description

A quick and tasty snack combining taco-seasoned beef and melted cheese wrapped in pizza dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 tube Pillsbury Pizza Dough
  • 5 colby jack and cheddar cheese sticks, halved
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a pan, then drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning mix and cook as per packet instructions.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough and cut into rectangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of beef and a cheese stick half on each dough piece.
  6. Roll the dough around the filling and press edges to seal.
  7. Place on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
