- 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves (optional)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken to the pan and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken, let it rest for 2 minutes, then slice thinly.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 20 seconds per side.
- Layer cheese, chicken, and spinach on each tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly.
- Serve with sour cream and cilantro.

- Use pre-shredded cheese for convenience.
- Swap spinach for lettuce if preferred.
