Description
A delicious turkey melt sandwich with cheddar cheese and bacon on sourdough bread.
Ingredients

- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 4 ounces turkey breast
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 slices cooked bacon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on one side of each sourdough slice.
- Layer turkey, cheddar cheese, and bacon on one slice.
- Top with the other slice, buttered side facing out.
- Place sandwich in skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
- Serve warm.
