Sweet and salty caramel pretzels made with butter, sugar, and vanilla.
Ingredients

- 4 cups Mini Pretzels
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread pretzels evenly on the sheet.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add sugar and water, stir until dissolved.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Pour caramel mixture over pretzels, coating evenly.
- Bake for 5 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
