- 1 box of brownie mix (18–20 ounces)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine brownie mix, flour, eggs, oil, and water. Mix until smooth.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are set and tops are slightly cracked.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Add chocolate chips or nuts for extra texture.
