Ingredients

- 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
- 1 cup (about 6 lemons) freshly squeezed lemon juice, more to taste
- ¾ cup granulated sugar, more to taste
Instructions
- Blend blueberries with 1 cup water until smooth.
- Strain the mixture to remove solids.
- In a pitcher, combine blueberry puree, remaining water, lemon juice, and sugar.
- Stir well until sugar dissolves.
- Adjust sweetness or tartness to taste.
- Serve chilled over ice.

- Use frozen blueberries if fresh ones are not available.
- Adjust sugar based on sweetness preference.
