Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or vegetable oil (for brushing)
  • Sour cream, salsa, and chopped cilantro for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet until beef is browned.
  2. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
  4. Spoon the beef mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly to form a burrito.
