- 1/4 cup milk
- 5 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 5 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional, for drizzle)
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in banana pudding mix and milk.
- Stir in crispy rice cereal and crushed vanilla wafers until well coated.
- Press mixture into a greased baking dish and let cool.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Cut into squares once firm.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For a stronger banana flavor, use ripe bananas or banana extract.
- Substitute white chocolate with caramel for a different topping.
