Description

A delicious twist on classic cheesecake, these air fryer cherry cheesecake egg rolls combine creamy filling and sweet cherries in a crispy wrapper.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Butter-flavored cooking spray
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you.
  3. Spread 1 tbsp cream cheese mixture slightly below the center of the wrapper.
  4. Top with 1 tbsp cherry pie filling.
  5. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides.
  6. Roll tightly upward, sealing the top corner with a dab of water.
  7. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  8. Preheat air fryer to 370°F.
  9. Spray egg rolls lightly with cooking spray.
  10. Air fry in batches for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  11. Let cool slightly before serving.
  12. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

  • Do not overfill egg rolls to prevent bursting.
  • Keep unused wrappers covered with a damp towel to prevent drying.
