Description
A festive, no-bake trifle layered with angel food cake, creamy pudding, whipped topping, and fresh red and blue berries. Perfect for Independence Day parties!
Ingredients
- 6.8 oz instant white chocolate pudding mix (2 x 3.4 oz boxes)
- 4 cups cold whole milk
- 14 oz angel food cake, cubed
- 16 oz whipped topping (2 x 8 oz containers), thawed
- 32 oz fresh strawberries, sliced and dried
- 18 oz fresh blueberries, washed and dried
Instructions
- 
In a bowl, whisk pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes. 
- 
In a trifle dish, layer half the angel food cake cubes. 
- 
Spread half the pudding over the cake. 
- 
Add a layer of half the strawberries and blueberries. 
- 
Spread half the whipped topping over the berries. 
- 
Repeat all layers once more. 
- 
Decorate the top with whole berries and mint leaves. 
- 
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
