    • ¼ cup (2 fl oz/60 ml) heavy whipping cream
  • Fruit Topping:
    • 2½ cups (12 ½ oz/350 g) mixed fresh berries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make the sugar cookie crust by mixing flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.
  5. Press dough into a pizza shape on the baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden. Let it cool.
  6. Make the cream cheese topping by beating cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream until smooth.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  8. Arrange mixed berries on top in a decorative pattern.
