- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 cup raisins
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Mix flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips, oats, coconut, nuts, and raisins.
- Drop dough by spoonfuls onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Cool on wire racks before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Freeze dough for later baking.
- Substitute raisins with dried cranberries if preferred.
