  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  1. Cream butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  2. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  3. Mix flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips, oats, coconut, nuts, and raisins.
  6. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  8. Cool on wire racks before serving.
